Hello. This is a custom chat bot administrator. In order for it to be able to administer your chat, make sure the following conditions are met:
1) the chat is a "supergroup" (for more details: https://telegram.org/blog/supergroups#supergroups);
2) the bot is chatting as an administrator;
3) the bot is allowed to delete messages and block users;
When adding a bot to a chat, the rights to configure the bot are given to the owner of the chat or to all chat administrators if there is no owner.
Initially, all bot actions are disabled. When you remove a bot from a chat, all settings for this chat are also deleted. To start configuring the bot, send /start
