NOTICE OF SYSTEM UPGRADE

Please be informed that we will be conducting a system upgrade to MultiTrader. During this period, all your balance will be transferred to the new system after 10 days. There is no need for you to do anything for this to happen.

All pending withdrawals will not be affected by this and will continue to be processed and paid out from the current system manually. It will take 3 - 5 working days for the arrangement to be completed and we advice our users to make necessary arrangements and stay with the current bot until it is completed.

Existing Balance
All existing balance will be migrated over within 7 days. This is because we will to verify and manually shift all balance over. Only users with balance of 100TRX or more will be shifted due to administrative issues. You do not need to do anything, it will be automatically shifted as long as you joined before 7 days is up.

Existing Withdrawals
Due to this issues, all withdrawals has been temporarily suspended. However, please do not be worried, we are still processing all withdrawals manually right now. It might take some time, but it will arrive. Please give us some time to process all withdrawals as there are quite a lot here!
