This bot can generate your own personal Telegram bot to monitor your webcam on the go.

What you need:
- A Telegram bot token, which you can get from @BotFather.
- A Windows PC, laptop or tablet with a webcam or an external webcam.
- A second device with Telegram installed, with which you can access your telegram bot.

To start, simply send your bot token to the chat.
